PAYMENTS

Payments are normally made in Pounds Sterling

Deposit 

The refundable booking/security deposit of £200 per apartment, per week, can be made by Bank transfer, (Internet or telephone banking)  or by Sterling cheque. It is also possible to pay the deposit by Credit Card, if you prefer, using the “Pay” button below.  

Rental Payment 

The rental payment is payable  8 weeks before departure, and this is normally paid in Sterling by bank transfer ( via internet or telephone banking) to our UK bank. The bank details for this are shown on the formal booking confirmation.  We can also accept Euro payments wired to a French bank, if this is more convenient, at the current exchange rate. 

Sterling Cheques payable to “D Hartropp” to the address on the booking confirmation are also acceptable. 

For guests outside the UK, we can also accept payments by Credit card in US dollars and Euros to our PayPal account, but a 5% charge is normally added in this case. 

Deposit Refund 

The deposit is normally refunded within 14 days of the key being returned to us after the holiday, provided no damage has been reported. Refunds are usually made by cheque, or by bank transfer, if the bank details are provided.
