The apartment does not have a specific car parking space, but parking in the multi-storey Palais de la Mediterranée underground park beneath the building is relatively cheap and very secure. The park has 24 hour security, TV cameras and good lighting, and secure pedestrian entry to the parking, using the code on your parking ticket. The vehicle entrance is on Rue de Congres.  If approaching along the Promenade des Anglais from the airport, move to the left lane one block after the Negresco Hotel (Large Pink Dome!) and take the  left turn at the next lights. This is Rue Meyerbeer. (look for the blue signs to the car park)

Take the first turn right at the next lights (Rue de France), pass the entrance to the apartment, turn right again into Rue de Congres at the Bang and Olufsen shop, and right into the Parking.  Do not despair if the first level is full, there is always space further down.  Leave the car park by the Rue de France pedestrian exit, take the lift to Sortie,  and you are 20 metres from the apartment entrance.
